Our History

The Hudgens Group, Inc. started in 1986 with one goal in mind. To build and renovate homes that will be enjoyed and admired for generations.  The company was formed by Randall Hudgens, a native Houstonian, after a 15 year career as V.P. and Co-owner of Builders Supply Co., the No.1 ready mix concrete company in Houston.  After the business was sold, and a few years of investing in real estate, Hudgens started his own general contracting and renovation business.  He used his construction background and the skills learned from running a large company, to start a low key, family run business.  The result is 23 years of providing an envionment where ethics, values, and professionalism are a standard.  And where our daily job is to create satisfied homeowners one at a time.  One of the great benefits of a small, family owned business, is having the owner on site every day, ensuring that the focus is always on delivering quality results with our proven on time, on budget guarantee.  We can design your project from scratch or use your own plans, and provide the interior finishes with our in house designer.  Put it all together, and you have a full service construction company you can trust.
