While other renovation companies may talk a good game, we put our money where our mouth is.  When we say we guarantee a "Firm Price" we mean there will be no additional charges to your original estimate unless you authorize an "Extra work order" and that has to be signed by both parties before any work is started.  And ask about our refund policy if we do not meet our firm completion date.  All this while giving you the quality finishes, structural integrity, and open communication you deserve and expect.
